SAUTED EGGS

A dish that makes kid’s mouth watery. Green rice, ham,spinach and eggs together bring our kids a wholesome meal that will stimulate their appetite.

 

Sauted eggs,ham and green rice

 

Ingredients:<serves for 6>

Spinach 5 oz
Raw eggs 5 oz
Cold water 1 tablespoon
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Oil 1 tablespoon
Ham 2 oz
Brown rice 3 cups
Onions 1/3 cup
Sesame oil 1 teaspoon

Preparation:

1.Boil a large pot of salted water
2.Stir in spinach, and quickly drain, lay them in an ice bath and drain again
3.Squeeze out the excess water from the spinach
4.Chop spinach
5.Whip eggs, water and salt until well incorporated
6.Steam half of the egg mixture and then let cool
7.Preheat a skillet until hot, cook ham in vegetable oil for approximately 2 minutes until ham begins to change color
8.Toss to coat rice with oil. Turn into medium heat and stir frequently until rice is hot.
9.Add the rest half of egg mixture into rice and mix frequently
10.Add chopped spinach, cooked egg and sesame oil, cook until warmer
