Ingredients:
1/4 pumpkin
1/2 onion
20gr butter
200ml water
1 teaspoon chicken powder
150ml pure ketchup
100ml milk
pinch salt and black pepper
pinch Italian parsley and light cream
1.Melt the butter, cut onions into shreds and fry them with slow fire, add pumpkin, keep frying, and then add water and chicken powder, boil until the pumpkin is soft
2.Add ketchup, wait for cooling down, and stir it until the mixture is smooth
3.Pour the mixture into the pan, add milk, stirring while boil, until it’s close to boil. Remove the fire. Add pinch salt and black pepper
4.Decorate with Italian parsley and light cream
5.Cool down and keep it for cold storage
