I create this recipe just for kids who love chicken the most. And it is with a twist just because I use whole grain rotini noodles which is more healthy and well balanced in nutrition, besides the dish saves a lot of fat calories.
Ingredients:<serves for 6>
Soup,cream of chicken 21.5 oz
Fat free cream 12 oz
White pepper 1/4 teaspoon
Garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon
Cheese 2 oz
Diced chicken 12 oz
Dry rotini 9 oz
1.Bring unsalted water to light boil, add rotin noodles and cook for 8 minutes or so
2.Drain noodles and pour into a pan
3.Add soup, pepper, cream, garlic, cheese and chicken in a pot. Stir-fry the sauce mixture to 165F
4.Pour the sauce mixture over rotini noodles, mix well.
5.Cover with a lid, and keep the temperature at 135F until dish up
