Ingredients:<serves for 6>

Raw yams 1.5 lb
Canned garbanzo bean 3/4 cup
Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
White pepper 1/4 teaspoon
Onion powder 1/2 teaspoon
Ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon


1.Boil or steam raw yams, until they are turning soft and tender, it needs about 15 minutes. Let cool. And peel off the well-cooked yams, shred yams with a blade
2.Mince garbanzo beans to purees
3.Mix the well-shredded yams and garbanzo bean purees with the rest of the ingredients
4.Coat sheet pans with cooking spray
5.Scoop i inch of the mixture on well-prepared sheet pans
6.Bake at 400F for about 10-12 minutes, until the tater tots begin to change to a golden and brown color
