1. Clean, shell and chop the pistachios into tiny pieces.
2. Sugar free dark chocolate that has to be grated finely.
3. Sweet cherries with their stems exactly as they are.
4. Sugar-less low-fat cream.

- Keep the pistachios in a shallow bowl and keep it aside.
- Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pour the cream in a saucepan and bring it to a simmering point over a medium heat.
