Black Forest Trifle
What you need:
1.Sugar free chocolate cake mix (low-fat)
2.Low-fat sugar free chocolate pudding mix.
3.Fat free skimmed milk.
4.Unsweetened or fresh-pitted dark cherries.
5.Fat free frozen whipped dessert topping.
6.Unsweetened cocoa powder.
How to prepare:
-Prepare the chocolate cake with the mix following the instructions given on the pack.
-When it is properly baked, let it cool on a wire rack for at least 10 minutes.
-Cut the cake into small pieces and keep aside.
-Now prepare the pudding. Add the mix in fat-free milk and cook. Cool till it sets properly. You can chill for about 30 minutes also.
