GLUTEN FREE COFFEE CAKE CARES YOUR HEALTH

This coffee cake is just gluten free. The good aspects beneficial to our health of gluten free foods would be lighten your weight, lower cholesterol levels and increase energy.

For the coffee cake:

Softened butter 2tbsps
Sugar 3tbsps
All-purpose gluten free flour 1/4 cup + 2tbsps
Gluten free baking powder 3/8tsp
Pinch of salt
Non-fat milk 3 1/2tbsps
Vanilla extract 1/8tsp

For the streusel topping:

All-purpose gluten free flour 1 1/2tbsps
Brown sugar 1 1/2tbsps
Cinnamon 1/4tsp
Cold butter 1 1/2tbsps

1.Use a fork to cut butter into a small bowl, and add sugar, mix until well incorporated
2.Take out another bowl, add the flour, baking powder and salt, mix well then add milk, vanilla and butter sugar mixture, stir
3.Use a spoon to scoop the mixture into the bottom of a mug
4.Take out a third bowl, add all of the streusel ingredients, cut butter into segments and add in
5.Add streusel topping to the top of the mixture in the mug
6.Put it into the microwave for 80 seconds, and cook. Then add 10 seconds until the topping stops falling after you stop the microwave, time will be a total of 90-100 seconds
