Taffy and crabapple are perfect match, plus cinnamon, virtually savory!

Taffy and crabapple soft cookies

Unsalted butter 125g <softened at room temperature>
Self-raising flour 225g
Brown soft sugar 65g
Caster sugar 75g
Egg 1
Vanilla extract 1tsp
Salt 1/2tsp
Ground cinnamon 1tsp
Taffy 60g
Crabapple 1/2
Dried apple chunks 25g

1.Mix the butter and two kinds of sugar together
2.Add well-beaten egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, stir
3.Cut taffy, crabapple and dried apple chunks into cubes
4.Add sifted flour, salt, ground cinnamon, mix well
5.Preheat oven to 356F, put a sliver paper on the ovenware. Rub the mixture into a round little ball with your hands
6.Bake for 8-10 minutes, until they are turning into golden color
7.Let cool
