For the ingredients and procedures are simple, so I’ve made one rice pudding for my breakfast before Christmas Eve comes. When I first ate the rice pudding, I was very much fond of this dessert, sweet, glutinous, soft, I can’t resist the savor it brings to my taste bud.

Ingredients: 600ml milk, 1/3 cup rice, 1 egg, 1/8 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup white sugar, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon powdered cinnamon, 1/3 cup raisin<40gr or so>

1.Take out a medium size saucepan, add milk, rice and salt into it and boil with big fire, and turn into soft fire, simmer for 20 minutes until the rice is softened
2.Mix the egg and sugar, add one half cup of rice soup, mix well. Remember to add one spoon by one spoon
3.Pour back the egg rice porridge with soft fire, until the egg rice porridge is sticky, notice the fire shall not be too big, do NOT boil the egg rice porridge. Add vanilla extract after several minutes, mix well and remove fire
4.Add powdered cinnamon and raisin, mix well

Tips:Remember the sugar shall not be too much, because the raisin is sweet too.
