Today’s doughnuts I used Nutella chocolate jam, which is produced in Italy, the elements of Nutella are more healthier than the common chocolate jam, for the oil in it is peanut oil, and milk in it is nonfat, and also it contains soya bean lecithin which is beneficial to people’s bodies.

Ingredients: 70gr baking flour, 10gr cocoa powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1 egg, 35gr sugar, 10gr honey, pinch of salt, 35ml milk, 15gr unsalted butter, 10gr salad oil, pinch of Nutella

1.Mix the egg, sugar and honey
2.Whip it to a foam, sift the baking flour, cocoa powder, Nutella and baking powder
3.Mix well
4.Add milk, melted butter and salad oil, mix
5.Put the well-done chocolate paste into the freezer for 30 minutes
6.Take out the paste, squeeze it into the mould
7.Preheat oven to 392F, bake for 12 minutes
8.Demould as soon as well-baked
9.Healthy and low oiled chocolate doughnuts is ready!
