Gluten free homemade coconut filled candy

Ingredients:

Sweetened carob chips 6 ounces
Coconut oil 4 tablespoons
Shredded coconut 3 tablespoons
Powdered stevia 2 packets

Directions:

1.Melt carob chips and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a small bowl, put the bowl in the microwave
2.Stir them until they are smooth and fine
3.Mingle 2 more tablespoons of coconut oil with 2 tablespoons of shredded stevia and coconut in another bowl
4.Fill in the mini valentine shaped mould with 1 teaspoon of chocolate
5.Put in 1/2 teaspoon of coconut mixture
6.Cover them with 1 1/2 teaspoons of chocolate
7.Dot with rest shredded coconut
8.Keep in cold storage for 30 minutes or freeze for 10 minutes
