Chocolate Cheese Cake

What you need

1. Crushed sugar-free chocolate graham crackers.
2. Low-fat melted margarine
3. Ground cinnamon
4. Unflavored gelatin
5. Cooking spray
6, Softened fat-less cheese.
7. Vanilla extract
8. Granulated sugar substitute with aspartame
9. Unsweetened Cocoa
10. Coarsely chopped sugar-free chocolate wafers

Method:

Mix the graham chocolate crackers and grounded cinnamon with melted margarine well.

Coat a 9-inch spring form pan with cooking spray. Press the ready ingredients into the bottom of the pan and bake for at least 8 minutes in 350 degrees oven. When done take it out on a wire rack and let it cool.

Next, sprinkle gelatin in milk and let it stand for 1 minute. Now cook the gelatin in slow heat stirring continuously till the gelatin dissolves. Let it cool.

Now beat cream cheese until creamy and add vanilla essence to it. Next add the gelatin to the beaten cream cheese and make it smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients like sugar substitute and cocoa and blend thoroughly to get a smooth and creamy dense liquid. Pour it over the prepared crust and let the entire dessert to chill for at least 3 hours until set.
