1. 2 tablespoons instant espresso.
2. 2 pints vanilla ice cream.
3. 2 tablespoons dark chocolate that are finely chopped.
4. 1 cup water.

Method of preparation:

• In a saucepan, boil 1 cup of water.
• Take a glass measuring cup and put the espresso in it.
• Add the hot water and stir well till it dissolves completely.
• Take 8 bowls or ice cream cups.
• Sprinkle the dark chocolate pieces.
• Pour the espresso over it.
• Serve immediately.
