A delightful main dish called Hawaiian chicken wrap is served for children with wheat wrap outside and pineapple and shredded vegetables inside, sprinkled with delicious poppy seed dressing. An amazingly main dish for kids to enjoy.


Havaiian chicken wrap


Ingredients:<serves for 6>

Whole wheat 6
Broccoli slaw 1 1/2 cups
Raw spinach 1.5 oz
Canned and drained pineapple 1/4 cup
Diced chicken 1 lb 2 oz
Mayonnaise 1/4 cup
Vinegar 1/4 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup
Poppy seed 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder 1 1/2 teaspoons
Chili powder 1 1/2 teaspoons


1.Place chicken in a steamer and cook for 15 seconds to 165F internal temperature
2.Let cool for 30 minutes until 40F
3.Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, poppy seed and sugar
4.Mix broccoli slaw, chopped spinach, pineapple together. And scoop half cup of broccoli mixture onto wheat wrap.
5.Lay 3 oz chicken, and then 1 tablespoon sauce mixture on top of chicken.
6.Roll into a Hawaiian wrap
