Ingredients:

1.Pears.
2.Low-fat Yogurt.
3.Sugar substitutes.
4.Ground Cinnamon.
5.Ground all spice.

Methods:

-You will need quite a few pears. If you are using canned pears, then keep aside a cup of juice and drain out the rest.
-Make a puree of the pears in a blender or food processor.
-In a bowl, combine the pears, juice, low-fat yogurt, cinnamon powder and all spice.
-Pour all the contents in canister of ice cream maker.
-Add vanilla extract.
