Doubled recipe, put in about 150g of choc chips, used only about 1 1/8 c. honey, & used actual coffee beans ground instead of powder. The coffee was a great additional taste, not a necessity, but would like to have a finer grind before adding again I think. Will absolutely keep these as a staple!

Made these this morning. My kids tried them and were not fond of them at all. They are not what I would call delicious but they will do in a pinch for a sweet fix. I did find them to be better after chilled as was suggested. I followed the recipe but I added a 1/4 cup of coconut sugar to my mixture because I only use fresh ground peanut butter/almond butter and it has no sweet to it which I thought these would need.
