Hahaha I love how you came up with these! Its the opposite in my home, I'm always keeping bananas aside, for ripening, so I can bake with them, but they're almost never there when I look for them!!! Great idea though!

I feel for you! Although I actually like bananas I too know what it feels like to have too many! An aunt of my hubby once sent us 2 crates! That was a lot of banana bread (and some ended up frozen)...wish I had seen this recipe before then!

Kokken69: I did bake a couple to see how they'd turn out and they were pretty awful...too dry. If you used less flour it might work but the dough is very sticky to work with already so you might end up pulling your hair with even less flour.
