Chocolate Chip Ice Cream with Mint Flavor

Chocolate chip ice cream with the flavor of mint

Ingredients:

1.    2 cups of skimmed milk or low-fat milk.
2.    1 teaspoon vanilla essence.
3.    2 cups unsweetened fat free ice cream.
4.    1 teaspoon peppermint extract.
5.    1 cup sugar substitute.
6.    ¼ spoon salt
7.    1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips.
8.    Green food color (optional).
9.    A few fresh mint leaves.
10.    ¾ cherries for decoration

Method:

•    Take a large bowl and combine the low fat milk, sugar substitute, salt, peppermint extract and vanilla extract well till the sugar melts completely.
•    Add the green color as it gives a fresh look.
•    Mix well and pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and keep it in the refrigerator.
•    When the mixture cools completely and is in a state of freezing, take out the maker and add the chocolate chips.
•    Keep it in the freezer again for at least 30 minutes.
•    Check if the ice cream has become thick.
•    Then scoop out the contents and arrange in ice cream cups or bowls and freeze for more than 2 hours.
